Diesels Unlimited 5R110W Built Transmission for 6.0 Powerstroke

If you're tired of looking at all the different "built" transmission options on the market, you've found the final solution. Diesels Unlimited, established in 2016 and located just north of us, builds some of the best transmissions around. They don't sell flashy parts or advertise with SEMA trucks that aren't theirs, nor will they let you order something that won't withstand your application. They test their builds on track with personal trucks, which produce impressive results. This is the last transmission you'll ever need.

Hot Stock Rebuild - $4,150: Includes new clutches and steels, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, DU modified pump (includes modified thermostat to run cooler and custom bushings to eliminate pump issues), custom sealing rings on forward drum, extra wide direct drum bushing, HD L/R snap ring, new EPC and direct solenoids, welded coast clutch drum, filter and stock torque converter. All builds in trucks older than 2008 include new pan and updated filter.

Stage 1 550 HP - $5,950: Includes Alto and Raybestos frictions with custom machined pressure plates in select packs to accommodate extra clutches, billet input shaft, modified direct drum with wide bushing, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, DU modified pump (includes modified thermostat to run cooler and custom bushings to eliminate pump issues), custom sealing rings on forward drum, HD L/R snap ring, new EPC and direct solenoids, welded coast clutch drum, filter and triple torque converter. All builds in trucks older than 2008 include new pan and updated filter.

Stage 2 750 HP - $6,950: Includes Alto and Raybestos frictions with custom machined pressure plates to accommodate extra frictions in entire transmission, billet input shaft, billet intermediate shaft, modified direct drum with wide bushing, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, DU modified pump (includes modified thermostat to run cooler and custom bushings to eliminate pump issues), custom sealing rings on forward drum, HD L/R snap ring, new EPC and direct solenoids, welded coast clutch drum, filter and extreme clutch triple disc torque converter. All builds in trucks older than 2008 include new pan and updated filter.
